I Gave My Love A Cherry (also known as The Riddle Song) is an English folksong which dates back to the 15th century. When I was arranging it Brahms' Wiegenlied kept popping into my head, so I decided to make the two lullabies into a medley. Also available as a voice/harp arrangement. The second version has a more advanced left hand with octaves, 1,5,8 chords and 10ths. Both are in the key of D with no lever changes. Watch: https://youtu.be/LjcqkBgc5rY?si=FETIa9gbVq5v4nKR

Two joyful Christmas tunes arranged for solo harp. Christmas Day in the Morning (also known as Christmas Ida Mournin' is a 19th century Shetland tune attributed to fiddler Fredamann Stickle, who is said to have played this tune to the laird every Christmas. I Saw Three Ships Come Sailing In is an older English tune - probably from the 17th century. I couldn't resist a medley of the two songs given that the refrain of I Saw Three Ships is "On Christmas Day in the Morning". They seemed to belong together! Watch: https://youtu.be/IOZpnJdhqBU
In the Bleak Midwinter was originally a poem by Christina Rosetti first published in 1872 under the title "A Christmas Carol". Gustav Holst set the poem to music in 1906. The first verse of my arrangement is very similar to Holst's original setting arranged for congregational singing in the "English Hymnal". Watch: https://youtu.be/zJha_Be37tM
